The device comprises: a pedestrian walkway turnstile, an information input apparatus, a turnstile controller, and an intelligent walkway control module; and the information input apparatus is used for determining identity information of a user and sending the identity information to each management system, allowing each management system to perform traversal authentication for the user and feed-back an authentication signal to the intelligent walkway control module; the intelligent walkway control module is used for performing logic operations on the authentication signals sent by each of the management systems, to obtain a logic operation result, determining whether the result represents that the traversal authentication result of each management system is a successful authentication, and if so, sending a turnstile opening signal to the turnstile controller; and the turnstile controller is used for controlling the pedestrian walkway turnstile to open in accordance with a turnstile opening signal. The use of the device provided in the present invention allows for combining a plurality of management systems to control a turnstile, thereby increasing the accuracy of personnel traversal control.

    A multi-source image correspondence method and system based on heterogeneous model fitting is provided, the method includes the following steps: constructing a multi-orientation phase consistency model, fusing phase consistency, image amplitude, and orientation detection feature points, constructing logarithmic polar coordinate descriptors with variable-size bins using sub-region grids and orientation histograms, effectively estimating model parameters through heterogeneous model fitting, accumulating matching pairs from different heterogeneous models that meet a preset joint position offset transformation error, outputting a final matching pair, and completing multi-source image correspondence. The present disclosure alleviate the influence of nonlinear radiation distortion by constructing the multi-orientation phase consistency model, constructing logarithmic polar coordinate descriptors with variable-size bins by sub-region grids and orientation histograms, removing an abnormal matching relationship in multi-source images with the heterogeneous model fitting method, thereby improving the accuracy and robustness of feature detection and improving multi-source image correspondence performance.

    A retrofit window insulation system that achieves a very low solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of 0.10 or lower. The retrofit window insulation system is an ultra-lightweight, ultra-clear, low-e polymeric window cover that, in combination with solar screens and/or louvers that are mechanically deployable to offer optional shading for tunable control of daylighting and solar heating. Spectrally selective coatings on louvers which contain a phase change material (PCM) for thermal storage of daytime heat is particularly efficient. Placing a reflective film on the outward-facing surface of the louvers is reflective to sunlight but also emits thermal radiation back into the cold of space through the earth's atmosphere. If the louvers are placed between the retrofit window insulation system and the preexisting window glass, the air gap between the window and the retrofit window insulation system warms so that thermal energy is stored in the PCM.
