    A known infrared irradiation unit for irradiating a substrate with infrared radiation has an emitter housing which surrounds an interior in which an emitter unit is arranged that comprises at least one infrared emitter for emitting infrared radiation onto the substrate, wherein the emitter housing has a housing wall with an inner side facing the emitter unit and an outer side facing away from the emitter unit. In order to avoid, proceeding from this, directly flowing a cooling medium onto the emitter unit for the purpose of cooling or at least to avoid this to the extent that the treatment of the substrate can take place largely without the influence of the temperature and flow of a cooling medium, according to the invention an emissive layer is applied on at least one part of the outer side, the emissivity of which layer lies in the range of 0.81 to 0.99 over a wavelength range of 0.78 µm to 5 µm.

The module (1) is characterized in that the reflecting system (15, 16) comprises: - a reflection plate (17) which comprises a rough surface which is designed for reflecting diffusely the infrared radiation (2) which radiates on the reflection plate (17) back to the opto-pneumatic detection system (11), and - one or more distance elements (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f) which are designed for providing a specific distance (19) between the reflection plate (17) and the opto-pneumatic detection system (11) to determine the amount of the infrared radiation (2) which is reflected diffusely back to the opto-pneumatic detection system (11).

    An oven apparatus and a pole piece production device. A drying channel for a pole piece to pass through is formed in the oven apparatus; a heating plate assembly is arranged on each of two opposite sides of the drying channel correspondingly; and each heating plate assembly comprises a nano carbon heating plate that is, once powered, capable of generate heat. A pole piece that has undergone coating can pass through the drying channel, and is dried simultaneously from the upper and lower sides thereof by the heating plate assemblies on the two opposite sides of the drying channel, and is therefore heated relatively uniformly. Moreover, the heating plate assemblies use nano carbon heating plates to heat the pole piece, and after the nano carbon heating plates are powered and generate heat, the heat generated thereby is conducted by means of heat radiation, and can penetrate the surface of the pole piece with more ease, thereby more uniformly heating the inner layer and the outer layer of the pole piece. Thus, upon drying by the oven apparatus, the difference between the degree of dryness of the inner layer and the outer layer of the pole piece is small, and the pole piece is therefore less prone to cracking.

    A novel imaging technique is introduced at low microwave frequencies. Since the frequency is low, there is virtually no harmful radiation effect. On the other hand, a wave does not penetrate a lossy biological medium when the frequency is low. In accordance with principles of the invention, a standing-wave concept is used to overcome such obstacle so that two contradictory conditions are satisfied simultaneously: high penetration depth and high resolution.
