    Provided is an actinic-ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition containing: a resin (A) of which the polarity is increased by the action of an acid; an onium salt (B-1) that generates an acid (AC) in response to irradiation with actinic rays or radiation; and an onium salt (B-2) that generates an acid (AC) in response to irradiation with actinic rays or radiation. The pKa of the acid (AC) is greater than the pKa of the acid (AC) by 1.0 or more. If the onium salt (B-1) has a specific structure and does not contain any fluorine atoms or contains fluorine atoms, the fluorine atom content is 3 mass% or less with respect to all atoms contained in the onium salt (B-1). If the onium salt (B-2) has a specific structure and does not contain any fluorine atoms or contains fluorine atoms, the fluorine atom content is 3 mass% or less with respect to all atoms contained in the onium salt (B-2). Also provided are: a resist film; a pattern forming method; and a method for manufacturing an electronic device, said method including the pattern forming method.

The value-taking analysis method and the terminal device can help a worker to rationally evaluate the rationality of each preset default value of a control signal, and recommend the most rational default preset value to the worker as a recommended value of a default value.
