    The present invention belongs to the technical field of human body detection, and in particular relates to a passive human body detection method and apparatus, and a device and a medium, which are used for solving the problem of existing human body detection technology being easily interfered with and having low detection accuracy. The method comprises: acquiring an infrared thermal radiation signal in an environment, so as to acquire the temperature of a body to be detected; transmitting an electromagnetic wave to the environment and acquiring an echo signal that is reflected back; according to the echo signal, determining the position of said body in the environment; matching a threshold range according to the position of said body; and comparing the temperature of said body with the threshold range, so as to determine human body detection information in the environment. In the present invention, whether there is a person in the current environment is detected by combining electromagnetic wave detection and thermal imaging; and an interference signal can be effectively filtered, thereby greatly improving the accuracy and sensitivity of human body presence detection.

The hydrophobic gas filter can permit gas in the housing to exit the housing through the hydrophobic gas filter via the gas vent. The vent hole can have a shape that prevents sterilizing radiation directed at the gas vent from reaching the hydrophobic gas filter. Optionally, a porous plug may be inserted into the gas vent and/or a radiation shroud may be positioned over the gas vent to protect the gas vent from being damaged by the sterilizing radiation.
