    A tiled interactive screen comprises a mounting surface and tiles mounted on the mounting surface. Each tile comprises a tile substrate with photoluminescent marks disposed in a pattern on or in the tile substrate. Each photoluminescent mark is unique with respect to every other photoluminescent mark on any of the tiles, each photoluminescent mark comprises a pattern encoding information specifying the location of the photoluminescent mark on the tile, and each tile substrate is at least partially transparent to light absorbed by the photoluminescent marks and is at least partially transparent to light emitted by the photoluminescent marks. The photoluminescent marks respond to stimulating electromagnetic radiation by emitting electromagnetic radiation. A tiled photonic interactive system comprises a tiled photonic interactive screen and an optical stylus operable to emit stimulating radiation onto one or more photoluminescent marks and respond to electromagnetic radiation emitted by the stimulated photoluminescent marks.

    The present disclosure provides a method of making an orthodontic article. The method includes (a) providing a photopolymerizable composition; (b) selectively curing the photopolymerizable composition using actinic radiation to form an article in the shape of an orthodontic article including a number of layers of at least one photopolymerized polymer; and (c) moving the article and thereby generating a mass inertial force in the uncured photopolymerizable composition. The article has a first surface, and no more than 75% of the first surface has a slope magnitude greater than 2.5 degrees. Orthodontic articles are also provided, including an orthodontic article that is prepared according to the method. Orthodontic articles having low extractable component content are further provided. The mass inertial force tends to form a coating layer of uncured photopolymerizable composition on the article, and curing the coating layer can form a surface having low slope magnitude. The low slope magnitude may be correlated to a low haze of the surface of the article.

    A broadband electrical substitution radiometer includes a substrate, an isolation layer disposed on the substrate, an electrical thermometer-heater disposed on the isolation layer, an electrical lead in electrical communication with the electrical thermometer-heater, selective removal of the substrate to form a suspended isolation layer, and an optical absorber disposed on the isolation layer. The isolation layer comprises a thermal isolation platform, a thermal isolation support beam, and a thermal isolation island. The electrical thermometer-heater is disposed on the thermal isolation island and detects a change in temperature and controllably heats the isolation layer. The electrical lead receives a signal from and provides power to the electrical thermometer-heater. The optical absorber absorbs radiation incident on the radiometer.

The 3D CZT imager further includes an aperture mask positioned between the plurality of CZT crystals and the radiation source/target being imaged. The mask includes openings being designed or configured for particular projections of a radiation distribution onto the plurality of CZT crystals. Solutions disclosed herein can generate localized 3D radiation image reconstructions in real-time or near real-time.
