The ground electrode (GND1) is disposed at a position facing the radiation element when the dielectric substrate is viewed in a plan view from the normal direction. The power supply wiring (141) is disposed along a first direction leading from the ground electrode (GND1) toward the radiation element and transmits a high-frequency signal to a feeding point (SP1) of the radiation element. The power supply wiring (142) is separated from the power supply wiring (141), arranged along the first direction, and transmits a high-frequency signal to a feeding point (SP2) of the radiation element. The ground electrode (GND2) protrudes from the ground electrode (GND1), and at least a portion of the ground electrode (GND2) is disposed along the power supply wiring (141). The feeding points (SP1, SP2) are offset from the center of the radiation element in mutually different directions. The ground electrode (GND2) is disposed so as to be separated from the power supply wiring (141) in a direction leading from the power supply wiring (142) toward the power supply wiring (141). At least a portion of the ground electrode (GND2) is disposed along the radiation element. The size in a second direction of a part of the ground electrode (GND2) connected with the ground electrode (GND1) is smaller than the size of the ground electrode (GND2) in the first direction.

A nonwoven textile can be treated with a laser to construct bonding structures between fibers of the nonwoven textile. In examples, the nonwoven textile can have fibers including a material that absorbs electromagnetic radiation emitted by a laser. In addition, based on absorbing the electromagnetic radiation, the fibers can soften, and the softened portions of the fibers can contact one or more other fibers of the nonwoven textile. When the softened portions re-solidify (e.g., after removal of the electromagnetic radiation), the re-solidified portions of the fiber can at least partially encapsulate the other fiber(s) to form the bonding structure between the re-solidified portions and the other fiber(s). In some examples, the bonding structure can reduce the likelihood of the fibers that are associated with the bonding structure from migrating through a face of the nonwoven textile and forming pills.

A vehicular cabin monitoring system includes a radiation sensing device disposed at an interior portion of an interior cabin of a vehicle and capturing sensor data representative of electromagnetic radiation present at the radiation sensing device. An electronic control unit (ECU) includes a data processor operable to process sensor data captured by the radiation sensing device. The vehicular cabin monitoring system, based on processing at the ECU of sensor data captured by the radiation sensing device, determines an electromagnetic radiation level within the interior cabin of the vehicle. The vehicular cabin monitoring system, based on the determined electromagnetic radiation level within the interior cabin of the vehicle being greater than a threshold electromagnetic radiation level, generates an alert to a driver of the vehicle.
